Title: GSX stair

Can I remove the stair like the stair in the picture ?
I park in gate without jetway with PMDG 777 and I got this stair.

Are you using the Cargo version ? If yes, that's normal: the Cargo version won't use a Passenger stair.

I use in this time with aircraft no cargo

Have you checked the aircraft settings, looks like you've selected the cargo check box by mistake.
