Title: I cannot reinstall gsx

I purchased my gsx last year. Because of a problem with my computer, I had to reinstall everything. But the reinstallation of the gsx comes with this error code after taping the serial key: "Esellerate engine ERROR, code 0xe0010004. No engine is installed"

Could someone help me to fis this problem.

You must use the current installer, not some older installer you might have downloaded in the past.
