Upon arrival at EHRD the attached msg appeared

This is the first time ever anybody reported this.

Check if you have an error log at %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.err. If you don't (if you had Logging enabled, the file will be named %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl.LOG instead ), there just might be a problem with your VC++ libraries.

Your log shows the software is outdated. Run the FSDT Live Update and report back if it happens again.
