It's surely a problem caused by OrbX, which has been likely fixed by installing the fix OrbX has on its forum.

Unfortunately the fix on the Orbx forum whereby files extensions are changed to .bgl.off and a fix file inserted does not work. At least not in FSX. I followed the instructions to the letter and used the AEC tool to disable KLAS and still had massive elevation and associated jetway/sink hole problems.

It wasn't orbx! Simple it was an old Klas version. I re download and install. Thats it

Yes, it was OrbX but, the new installer, during the Live Update process, recognize the OrbX fix and leaves it in place.
