Title: Baggage loading stops but says it is still going on

So I get the baggage and the passengers on the baggage loading machines back away and just sit there but it wont let me do anything else because it says that baggage loading is in progress when nothing is happening. I leave the doors open and everything.

Please indicate the exact place (airport and gate) and airplane used and your exact sequence of operations in GSX.

I am using the PMDG 777 200lr it works if I dont do catering but if I do catering and boarding together it does the baggage glitch.
I am using the vancouver scenery and every gate im at the fits the 777 is doing it.
