I'm not sure where exactly I should be addressing this question, since I'm not sure what the culprit is, but when I landed my Airbus 319 at KCLT and was given a gate to taxi to, I was at a loss. KCLT has 5 concourse, A through E. Simple enough I was expected to be given a gate in one of those 5 concourse, but ATC gives me G85. Needless to say the plane came to a screeching halt while I figure this one out. Well, of course I didn't cause there ain't no G85!
Any way, when I try to pull up GSX menu, it doesn't show the gates like I thought it would, it says if I remember, safepark or something like that. I might be wrong about the name, but never the less, I was expecting something like Concourse B5 or something like that. I use VoxATC, which gets its update info from Navigraph via the Level-D 767 AIRAC cycle. So, where in the world G85 comes from? I don't know, and why does GSX doesn't name the gates as they really are, that's a mystery to me too. Long story short, I just pulled in to the closest gate I could find, ignored ATC, and shut the plane for the night.

The most likely cause is that some other product has installed an AFCAD for KCLT, which is now used by the sim instead of the FSDT one. This has caused problems to both the ATC and the GSX airport customization, which works only if the correct AFCAD is used.
If you open the GSX parking customization page, it will tell you which AFCAD is used.

Ahhh, okay! Let me look at that, and check around to see what other AFCAD has been stored. For years now, the only other scenery I used for this airport was ImagineSim's KCLT. I thought I completely removed that airport before installing FSDT's, but like anything, I could be wrong. The only other possibility, since I use Orbx, that it can have some other file that is interfering with your scenery. I'll take a look at those two possibilities, and like you said, open the GSX parking customization page to see which AFCAD is used.
