Title: VGDS alignment
Post by: jgoggi on June 06, 2017, 01:04:46 pm
Hi, I experienced a parking where the VGDS guidance indicates that the airplane should be more to the left, while it is perfectly aligned with the yellow line and with the AFCAD line. In this case, where does the VGDS take the alignment information? Thanks.

It's taking the AFCAD, that's the only thing that it could read. Are you sure both front and main gears were all aligned ?

Check the VGDS alignement in the GSX editor. It must be perfectly aligned to the heading of the parking, which you can also see in the parking editor. Basically, the orange and blue long arrows, should be aligned between each other, AND aligned to the yellow lines on ground.
