Hi fsdreamteam,
I just red on flusinews.de that there will be a version 2 of GSX. First of all: Will current customers have to pay? And will it include the "push and pull" feature? ;D
-
GSX 2.0 it's already out now, and it's free for all customers.
The main new features is a new scenery customization editor, which let you move/resize/rotate a parking, and the ability to freely place VGDS (docking systems) on every airport. And, of course, full compatibility with 64 bit and support for dynamic lights on all vehicles in P3D V4.

Uf,
didn´t download it yet. Any news about my wanted feature?

Not in this version, but it will eventually come.

So not in V2 maybe in V3?
Hopefully it'll come soon. That would give flight simulation a very big push to reality

Stupid question, but what would that feature be.

The ability for the pushback to pull, in addition to push. We are working on it, it's part of a future ability for users to specify an entirely custom pushback route, which will be featured in a future GSX version.

You´ve already been to Frankfurt for example? If yes you might know the planes which get a break from flying, maybe about 6 or 7 hours (mostly long haul planes) get parket on the southern airport side cause they need the gate positions. When they then have to perform a flight, a pushback vehicle comes, takes them and pulls them to their position. Or if your plane is parked in front of the hangars at Munich for example (LH doing that with their long haul planes there very often) they get pulled to their position before the flight. They are also parked at the cargo terminal at Munich as well.
