Title: pushback wrong direction

Requested pushback from GSX at Gate 85 and I had the option of straight pushback and facing east on C, I selected on taxiway C and it pushed me back facing north right from the gate into the alley facing the building.  I had to turn around 180 to taxi to taxiway C.

I have one more problem, parked at Gate A75 and requested the jetway and a duplicate one appeared inside the jetway sitting there and attached to my airplane.
