Hello,
yesterday I wrote email to support@virtualisoftware.com, But no answer from email support.
I bought GSX about 1 year ago, and recently I gave my serial code to my friend, To try it out for some time. But He obviously abused it and I have suspicion that he gave it to others. I begged him to uninstall it But he does not want to uninstall it. Can you please ban my actual serial code and send me new serial code to my email? I made a mistake. I do not want him to use GSX because it's mine.

Yesterday was Sunday, you cannot expect we would always reply on weekends.
