Title: Asking to open door?

Hello! I have iFly 747 and I opened all the airplane's door but the software continues asking to open the exit 2 (see image). How can I fix this situation? Is it possible configure the software to the vehicle's platform stay at the same height as the airplane door? Thanks.

The iFly 747 is not internally pre-configured in GSX so, like all airplanes not already internally pre-configured, you must create a configuration for it, using the included airplane configuration editor, the first time you use it.
