Title: GSX Menu - only 4 items appear in P3D

I've just switched from FSX to P3D and after installing GSX the number of menu items appears limited to 4. Is there any way of increasing it so I can select the Pushback option without needing to press Next... ?

Same issue at arrival when selecting a gate. It needs multiple key presses to display the gate I want. With so much space on the screen it seems odd the GSX window is so small.

Literally just click on the border and drag.

I'm raising this again because having used GSX in P3D for a few weeks now it's a pain having to manually increase the size of the window each session. Is the default size of the window held in user-adjustable settings? Maybe the registry?

It may seem a small point but it is frustrating having to drag the corner each P3D session just to see all the menu options.

Thanks Frank. Not the answer I was hoping for but clearly not a GSX issue.
