Title: RWY 14L?

P3D directs me to Rwy 14L, but there is no 14L. There is 04L and 04R. Where is P3D reading from? Is this from the FSDT KORD scenery, or some where else?

The scenery is several years old, and there was a 14L at the time the scenery was made. FSDT is working on a complete remake as we speak.
