Title: GSX Dont work

can anyone tell me why gsx don't work ? i am getting this error message reinstaling addon manager did not work

error log :
couatl v3.1 (build 3625)
panic log started on Fri Mar 17 20:47:17 2017
problem raised by addon <unknown>

This issue has been already discussed on the forum, and it happened because you must have disabled GSX from its menu, see here:
