Title: Cater Service Not Working **SOLVED**

Hi, I am having a problem with my cater trucks not working properly. I am using FSX default aircraft and when I request the cater services, the cater truck pulls up to the plane and does lift up to the door but there is no animation with the person pushing the cart onto the plane. I don't know why this is happening. I have GSX ground services updated and even tried reinstalling the program but this did not help. Does anyone have a possible solution?

I second this concern.

Originally it was working. Last time I went out to watch the guys do their work, the guy pushing the cart wasn't there. Like the OP, I can hear the sounds of the guy pushing the cart in, but he is clearly not there.

All other animations work just fine.

Read on another thread to uninstall and reinstall with the latest installer - done and the guy is back. No biggie.

After reading your post I tried again uninstalling and reinstalling the program. This time it worked. Thanks for the suggestion.
