Title: The ladder does not stick completely

I am using Blackbox a330 and I was at Gate 227 at Gimpo Airport, but the ladder does not stick perfectly

That's because you haven't configured the airplane for GSX, which you must do when you use an unsupported airplane the first time you use it with GSX. Please look at the manual how to do this.
