Title: "Parking has a Jetway" gone?

I have tried to customize two different gates at an add for KSAN, (47 & 48).  I also tried a default airport (ESSA).  In all cases the option to check "Parking has a Jetway" is not there at all.

Is this a feature that has been removed?  It still appears in the manual (pg 28).

I am still curious as to why the check box is gone?

I did find the option in the ini for an airport, once created.  This is is very inconvenient since you have to open a text editor while in the sim, or exit, edit and re-start.

Again, the manual still implies that the check box for this should be present.

P3D v3.4.18.19475 in Win 7 64

glad i'm not the only one who's missing this option. I can confirm its gone since the last major update (or at least its no longer where it used to be ;)
