Title: Where are the scenery files or program

Hello all…
Maybe someone can help me out. I have read through the forum and it seems some pilots have had the very same issue as I. I purchased the Chicargo O’Hare and New York JFK v2 scenery on 12/02/2016 and cannot seem to get it loaded in my scenery folder. I have un-installed, re-installed, followed some of the suggestions within the forum and to no avail. Everything like GSX, FS Passenger, FS2Crew etc… are all working fine, I just don’t have my scenery loading. No anti-virus software running or installed, no adware or spyware programs running. When I check the add on manager it states active but not installed in the scenery library for both programs. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

Please be sure you use the current version of the installers (each one of them), since we updated everything on Dec 20th.
