Passengers and baggage not loading after progressive refuel with new gsx
Scenario
Aircraft Aerosoft Airbus A320. Passengers and cargo loaded in aircraft cdu.
1. Catering vehicles no issues. All vehicles move to position. Boarding stairs and baggage vehicles.
2. Call for fuel truck, baggage vehicles lower ramps and move from position.
2. Load fuel with cdu non instant load.
3. Fuel Loading animation progresses.
4. Call for Passenger and baggage. Animation progresses, baggage vehicles move to position but do not raise ramps
5. One instance passengers loaded but no baggage loaded. Vehicles had no raised ramps.
Can not progress further must Restart Couati to continue.
Fresh install of GSX, Previous version removed with all folders removed.
FSX Steam Edition, and P3D v 3.35
Any help would be appreciated

I cannot reproduce it. Have you called all services in a queue ? Try to wait for the catering to arrive before calling refueling, and then wait for the fuel to go away before calling boarding.
Yes, queuing of services is supposed to work, but knowing if this is the case would help identify the problem.

Then I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to reproduce it.
Please describe the precise, exact, sequence of the operations, and indicate also the scenery used, the parking used, the operators selected, the staring fuel quantity, the ending fuel quantity, if you had Multiple trips of the fuel truck, etc.

Airports. Imaginesim KATL, Parking B4 I believe
Sequence.
1. Load up aircraft at gate. Turn around state of aircraft. Load passenger and cargo in instant state.
2. Call for Catering vehicles. Rear stairs dock, Baggage vehicles dock raise ramps, Catering vehicles dock, perform service, complete procedure, call for door closure, close doors and sequence completes.
3. Call for fuel vehicle. Stock fuel loaded in aircraft I believe 2420 kg. Input fuel load of 10.5kg in cdu. Cargo vehicles lower ramps and move away from aircraft. Fuel vehicle to position raise fuel hose to position and calls to load fuel in cdu. Load fuel in cdu. Fuel progresses only one tanker, no multiple tankers.
4. Tanker disconnects and moves away. Cargo vehicles move to aircraft but do not raise to position to load cargo. Passengers and cargo does not load.
Restarted Coulati same scenario this time at #4 cargo vehicles raise to position, Passengers load and cargo loads
Also tried FSX standard KATL. Same issues.
Sequence 2 Landing Tropicalsim MDPC 2016 I do not remember gate.
1. Parked vehicle with gsx
2. Call for passenger deboard. Passengers deboarded, Cargo vehicles unloaded cargo
End simulation
New simulation new fsx start.
Tropicalsim MDPC 2016
Sequence
Same scenario as above. At KATL. At #4 again cargo vehicles move to aircraft and do not raise. No passenger load or baggage.
I will update at another airport when complete

New FSX restart. KFLL airport D gates Medium Stock airport.
Same Scenario as previous.
at #4 Gsx notify fueling complete. Fuel truck moves off and disappears, Call for Passengers and baggage. Baggage trucks move to position, Do not raise into position. Passengers load, Baggage loading in progress. however I can see the cargo baggage loader parked not moving.

Update. It looks like there is a problem between the #3 fuel loading and #4passenger loading, If done in order. I have tried in several instances and same problem. Between after the fuel load and calling for passengers after scenario's complete or done in queue, I can see the baggage trucks parked but do not move in the distance. Cargo vehicles move to aircraft but do not raise to load the cargo. Passengers will board.
However Scenario"s that will complete in full to pushback.
KATL, MDPC, KFLL airports
Aircraft state. Turn around state, 2420 kg fuel loaded
Load Passengers 130 1.5 Cargo on instant or progressive in cdu.
gsx defaults choices, or custom
1. Call fuel truck, load 10.5Kg fuel on progressive load OR instant load in cdu. GSX calls fueling complete.
2. Call for Catering. GSX calls complete.
3. Call for Boarding and passengers. Rear Stairs, Cargo loaders move and raise to aircraft, Passengers load, baggage loads. Scenario Completes
4. Push back and departure.
Done either in queue or waiting for completed scenario.

Just for the record Im having the same problem as shadyowl using the default a321. Start up FSX Ist call catering- vehs arrive and depart no problem. 2nd call fueling tanker arrives and loads plane again all good and tanker leaves. Then 3 call for boarding - loaders move into position I do not get a request to open the cargo doors. I get a request to open exit #1 only. Like shadyowl says the simulation seems to halt at this point. If i reset the simulation and then do boarding request the simualtion works as it should.

PS If i do as shadyowl suggests and do the fueling first and then the other processes in order it all works as advertised.

I am having the same exact issue at multiple facilities. I will try the order suggested and see if it'll work as a temporary workaround.

I've done it multiple times and had no problems as long as you follow the procedure. Hopefully they fix it soon....

I have exactly same problem describe above. I will try solution suggested by shadyowl. However, in reality that is not the correct order as catering and cleaning is usually done before fueling.

There are no problems doing catering before refueling in GSX. Please be sure you use the latest Live Update:

Bugfix: Queueing of services between Catering and Refeuling didn't always work.

There's no special sequence. However, if you believe you still have the problem, please provide your sequence instead, so we can check it.

This is done with ALL sequences waiting for gsx to call complete with notification and vehicles disappearing from view.

I'm having the same issue. Using PMDG 777 at multiple airports (UK2000 EGLL, FSDT KLAX, FLYTAMPA YSSY)
I can call catering no issues. They come and go.
I can call refueling no issues. The truck comes and goes.
I call boarding. The loaders move into position however no baggage carts appear and the loading process doesn't end. It indicates passengers loaded, baggage loading in progress. Visually, it appears as if they loaders get stuck in the half way up position.
If I just call boarding (without refueling or catering) the load goes fine and I can pushback.
If I call catering and boarding (without refueling) the load also goes fine and I can pushback.
Appears a problem when refueling is involved.
This is using the latest update that downloaded onto my machine today (29 DEC).

As I've said, we'll check it. But please, be absolutely sure you have the latest Live Update installed before reporting anything.

I have These issues too, downloaded the latest installer this morning - same result. If it help to find a solution, I recorded a short Clip and can upload it on YT. Please advice if it´s nessecary.

We updated GSX today, so you should check if this happens again with the new version.
