Title: GSX and Other Product Download Problems **SOLVED**

Greetings,

I found your products via a recommendation from a fellow flight simmer.

I thought I would download a couple of the trial versions and see how
they were.

I have tried to download GSX as well as the KMEM and KORD airports.

I have not been able to download anything. I have used Firefox, IE and
Microsoft Edge for the browsers all with the same results. I have also tried
turning off my antivirus and firewall still with no luck.

I am wondering if you have an alternate site that the products can be
downloaded from or any suggestions as to how I might be able
to download a these before I spring for the money to purchase.

I would appreciate any help that can be given.

Two days later does anyone not have any suggestions??

Greetings,

Problem solved.

After much searching I discovered that because I use
Hughesnet for my Internet provider they have a web
acceleration on their modem and that sometimes cause
problems with downloads and some websites.

I have turned off the web accelerator and am now able
to download from your site.

I saw that the downloads come from mediafire and I have had
trouble with that site in the past and did not know what was
causing it.

I look forward to trying some of your products and buying some in
the future.
