Title: UPS & Fedex Only Options for Passenger Airline Servicing

Hello, I flew today from CYVR-CYUL (FSDT and FlyTampa scenery respectively) using the Aerosoft A321 in Air Canada colours.  Departure gate was 30 in YVR arrival gate was 2 in YUL.  In both cases when I selected ground services the only two carriers I could choose from were UPS and Fedex.  I have "atc_parking_codes = ACA" identified in the aircraft.cfg file.  I'm wondering if this issue occurs because both sceneries use Ramp Mil Cargo rather than Gate?

This is using public beta 1.9.9.10.
