Hi, I recently bought GSX. I have Windows 10 with Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v.2.5. With the installation of GSX had no problems, all the animation work well, at all airports and with all aircraft, however, when I run the playback of the recording of a session, you do not see any animation. Sometimes only use the pushback while recording, then playback, animation moves slipping and trembling, not on a regular basis, the pushback tractor remains in a transverse position of the front wheels of the plane. Can you help me fix this thing? Thank you very much.

That's normal, and there's just nothing we can do about it. It's a limitation of the default video recorder, that doesn't record all commands sent by Simconnect clients (like GSX) to the simulator, which is what is making GSX possible.
I suggest recording using a proper recording program, like Fraps, or the one included with the nVidia Geforce experience (if you have an nVidia card).
