Hi,
I have a problem with my catering services because every time after I requested them there is an error which said that couatl quitted. I tried to reinstall gsx but that was useless. The other services like boarding, puschback, etc. are working completely normal. I`ve got this since I downloaded the latest updater.
Thanks for the help.
The error message looks like this:
couatl v3.1 (build 3536)

I have a problem with my catering services
Already discussed and solved with a fix to download in the thread named "Catering Services not available for this aircraft **SOLVED**"

I put the new file in the right folder but I´ve got the same problem. But if start at non Eu and non US Airport everything is fine.

I'm sorry, but I cannot replicate the problem, nobody else reported it before, and everybody that installed the fix, confirmed the catering is working.
In fact, you weren't even supposed to see *that* error, which simply shouldn't happen, if were only supposed to see a message (with no error), there's no catering vehicle available, which is solved by the fix.
That error looks more as if some kind of other external program has removed the GSX catering as soon as it was created, which is quite strange.

Thats possible because AES was installed parallel to gsx. Now I removed it but the problem is still there. So what can I do to fix it.

Maybe it's FSUIPC which is removing the objects ? See here:

No, thats impossible because I don´t have FSUI on my Computer. Maybe it was installed with AES but I don´t remember removing it.

I just found out that if I use a small plane for example a Maule everything is working (with the small vehicles). Maybe it helps ???

I cannot replicate the problem, and I never use small planes. The error looks like something else is removing the objects as soon they are created.
