in helsinki theres 3 companies and tampere its finnair and ryanair

By default, the operators assigned to both Helsinki and Tampere are Finnair and Serviceair, there's no Ryanair there. Since you don't say which scenery you use, I can only assume you use a 3rd party scenery that flagged normal parkings as "Cargo", so the selection becomes random, as explained here:

As indicated in the thread, if this is the issue, you can fix it by changing the parking type in the GSX parking customization dialog.

I'm not sure if Finnair Ground Handling exists anymore, since the Finavia website for Helsinki only lists Airpro, Aviator and Swissport as handlers there.

for tap and some other airlines vantaa catering services oy is used for catering

Are you aware the latest GSX update makes extremely easy to create your own custom operators for ground, catering and jetways ?
