No problem on my test pc but i have SP2.. try to view the bus very close and report if the wheels go on right position
regards.

I zoomed very close but problem persists.
Everything is okay when bus is a little far away, when it comes closer (let's say inside a -+30° from visual point nose) the wheels goes out!

Check you haven't set the SmallPartsRejectRadius to a value too high. Yes, this can save fps, but will make small parts disappear from objects.
-
It is set to 1.00
-
Well, that's ok.
However, we don't see this problem. Note, you might have triggered a lower LOD, and that's is absolutely normal, to save fps. To check for this, do not "zoom" from a distance. Instead, really go closer to the object and see if the higher detail version appears.

I have set Negative LOD Bias to clamp using nHancer.
How can I move closer to bus? Should have I to use the aircraft?
-
LOD Bias in the video driver doesn't control parts, it's only relative to textures.
And yes of course, by move closer, I meant being physically closer to the object, not just zooming in from a distance. When your airplane (and your viewpoint) is closer to the object, the highest LODs should kick in.
-
Yes it is so: when I get closer phisically to the bus the wheels go OK.
Also using zoom in and zoom out from a point of view the wheels go out and in.
Could you please expalin me why this happens? How should I tweak FSX to get out of it?
Thanks in advance.

That's nothing in our control. The objects are of course done in multiple LODs, that's why the scenery performs satisfactory regardless of its size/complexity.
Apparently, the correct LOD calculations that FSX does, is tuned for the standard zoom factor.
