Hello ! I have a problem when boarding without jetware I do not see why the bus?

The jetway might be there, just that you don't see it because your Scenery Complexity is not high enough.

As I've said, that parking might have a jetway, even if you don't see it, so it's normal there wouldn't be a bus.
