Title: Add-on Manager issue

Hi guys,
I just recently tried to install GSX into my computer but it didn't work. The Add-on Manager didn't appear in the menu. I saw couple of users have the same problem as me and they had been given some solution to solve the problem and I already tried those solution but they didn't apply to my case even though i tried to uninstall the software and reinstall the software without the computer's protection turned on. Something would prevent the computer from running the add-on. Please help me! Thank you so much.

You have to disable the AV and install with admin right.

Which version of the sim you use ?

Then you likely have your registry keys wrong, most likely because you used to have FSX when you installed FSX:SE, then you removed it, and then another addon mistakenly set the registry keys for FSX to point to the FSX:SE folder when there were already FSX:SE keys set up for a dual installation.

See this post here, explaining how they are supposed be set, on a proper installation, depending if you have just FSX:SE or both FSX and FSX:SE:
