i am realy frustrated >:( ??? i install the new update as admin reinstall GSX ! Souch the Coutl exe as admin ....
GSX didnt work the Addon Manager still here .......... :o

Your message is not very clear. With "Souch the Coutl exe as admin ....GSX didnt work the Addon Manager still here", do you mean you DO have the Addon Manager menu under the "Addons" menu bar, but you DO NOT have Couatl.exe ?

Nope i mean the Task and GSX menü with the Crlt shift F12 and under FSX add-ons menü dosent Show the GSX !

It dosen t work ! When i install new as admin mode, one more works then. i start the FSX again . And the GSx was Lost ! But the regkey still in the Addon manger and the Coutl exe work correct .

I still not fully understand you:
Do you have the Addon Manager menu under the "Addons" menu bar, but you are missing ONLY the Couatl and GSX menus ? Is this your current situation ? Just say Yes or No.

I have all the Addons menu showing in the dropdowns, but can't get the popup menus to show (crtl+F12 doesn't work). I don't understand how to install just the "content" of P3Dv3.3 since the LM site doesn't let me just download "content" only.

That's because you haven't installed the Content.
