Title: Unable to download the new addon manager

Hi Guys

Never has this problem before on your site. I am trying to download the new addon manager and it just hangs. The download stops at 146k. I have also disabled Kaspersky and that does not help. Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated. If you have another link that would be great.

Solved - took 13 restarts  ;)
