Title: GSX loads pallets from empty trolleys

Hello,
I own GSX for a long time and I have always had this issue.
When I load PMDG 777 cargo always arrive 5+5 (front+rear) trolleys at the aircraft. Some have pallets on them, some have not depending on the cargo quantity.
GSX does not skip the empty trolleys but loads inexistent pallets in the aircraft . Is this normal?
Please let me know. It has always been like that from the beginning.

It seems you haven't installed the latest GSX, using the latest FULL installer.

I have done this. I always install GSX with full installer. I will do it again.

Still the same. I have reinstalled everything from the beginning. Empty trolleys arrive and inexistent pallets are loaded. Any ideas?

You are not missing the pallet. It's just the truck has skipped one because it advanced twice.

We cannot reproduce it, but it might be caused by your system being overloaded by commands by too many addons running together, so GSX doesn't have enough time to talk with FSX via Simconnect, because the communication channel is overcrowded.

Ok, thanks. Actually it is not a very annoying problem. I can live with it.
