For thirty bucks, I'd search Microsoft for a free fix... or even ignore it, if it only happens on P3D exit.

We found this problem and are trying to understand what's causing it. It's happening because somewhere the runtime library is trying to free more memory than it was allocated.
But in the meantime, since it only happens on exiting the sim, you can safely ignore it, since this memory allocated by Couatl (which is not taken away from the sim in any case), will be reclaimed by the OS anyway since the process has exited.

GSX runs fine during the flight, no problems. I will ignore the error, thanks for the explanation.
Side note: If I disable GSX inside the sim first, then quit P3d, no error. I tried this with two flights so far with success.
Fly safe
