Title: Pushback tug

Please forgive for my ignorance., I am sure this topic must have been discussed before.
Some times i see that push back tug used to push back heavies such as 777-300er is small truck. Is there any way i can change that and assign a big tug for such big aircraft?

Yes, of course it has been discussed many times, and it's also explained on the manual.

The choice of the pushback tug depends on the airplane load so, if you see some truck you believe it's too small for the airplane, it's because you haven't loaded the airplane using its own loader utility, before calling GSX.
