Title: GSX - "An unknown addon is causing Couatl to restart" **SOLVED**

Hi everyone,

I just purchased GSX, and installed it as instructed. However, when I launch my P3D is gives me the message: "An unknown addon is causing Couatl to restart" see this link: https://i.gyazo.com/8eab1d0649a963d05d21f180656e86eb.png

Here is my error log:

couatl v3.1 (build 3510)
panic log started on Fri Jul 08 16:23:01 2016

problem raised by addon <unknown>
Traceback (most recent call last):

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'id'

I was wondering if any of you guys know what I have done wrong?

Try to run the installer again: we have just updated the files today so, it's possible you might have got some files from the previous version, mixed with the new ones, because you were installing while we where uploading...

Okay, so I re-downloaded and re-installed GSX. The error no longer shows up. However, when I press CTRL+F12 nothing shows up; the screen is blank. Should I reinstall it again?

Cannot reproduce the problem, is working normally here. Do you have the GSX menu under the "Addons" menu ?

GSX is in the addons menu. When I press CTRL+F12 nothing shows up.

The default key for GSX is CTRL+Shift+F12, unless you changed it.

Also, I see you have P3D. Have you updated it to 3.2 or 3.3 using the Client installer ? If yes, that's a known P3D bug: if you update to 3.2 or 3.3 using the Client installer, NO 3rd party application with a menu will work. This is a P3D installation problem.

To fix it, you must install the P3D "Content" or the full installer.

Is there a known fix for the pop-up windows not showing?
