Title: GSX "Catering Vehicles Not Available For This Aircraft" **SOLVED**

After loading in the PMDG 737-900 I always request catering service. I installed the new update and I got, "Catering Service Unavailable For This Aircraft." It works fine with the Majestic Dash 8 however not the PMDG 737. I installed the newest update today but it still will not work. Ideas? Thanks

After re-downloading and re-installing the full installer it worked. However i still have vehicles and baggage carts that are sometimes invisible. And no i didnt ever use a paint kit

You haven't replied to my question: which airport and gate you used ?

It was broken at multiple airports one being Seattle. I used a gate with a Jetway, it was default scenery. Doubt this will help but it was gate N11 at Seattle, and i had the same problem at anchorage dont remember the gate there

However as far as I know its fixed. I still have the invisible carts or vehicles even after running the full installer

I had the same issue at RJAA gate 25.

Which "Same issue" ? The one this thread is about, which is the "Catering Vehicles Not Available For This Aircraft" message from GSX, or the one reported in the latest post "I still have the invisible carts or vehicles even after running the full installer" ?

And, always include the airplane used in your report.

Imagine Sims KATL at parking E4 with PMDG 737 says "No catering service available for this aircraft".  Always worked before I bought and installed your KMEM scenery last night.  Also since installing KMEM getting random COUL script and SODE shutdowns.  I use FSX Accel and although I have full AES services for KATL I have never NOT been able to use the catering service for my PMDG 737.

no catering @ fsdt's klas gate d20 ..... but okay @ fsdt's cyvr gate 80 on the ground !

The vehicles in the sky clearly indicates you haven't updated with the current full GSX installer.

If you are *sure* you have, it's likely you have additional liveries you made with the PaintKit, (or you downloaded the PaintKit and forgot about it), so you must install the updated PaintKit too.

Hello All,

I am now experiencing the issue with "no Catering Services available for this Aircraft". It happens with multi aircraft, PDMG 737-600 and 800, PMDG 777-200, and Aerosoft's A321. It happens at multiple airports as well. KATL - Gate E34, MKJS - Gate 8, VHHH - Gate S31 and CYYC - Gate A19.

I tried the reinstall option just no, but the problem remained.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.
