Title: Upgrade with the latest installer

Hi ...

I have downloaded the latest full installer, how do I upgrade ?...

Do I need to uninstall GSX first, or just run the new installer with administrator rights ?.

Just run it. It doesn't matter if you uninstall the previous version or not (if it was required, it would said so), and it will ask for the proper installation rights automatically.
