Title: How GSX determines the number of runways available to "start"?

Hi,

Apologies for my english (I'm french).

All runways available are not displayed or some are missed?

Example: Fly-Tampa CYYZ (Toronto)
06R, 24L, 15R and 33L are "closed Take-Off" in the AFCAD.
But GSX show the 06R and 24L available. Only 15R and 33L are not presents in the menu. Why? On what basis?

It's for me important to know why because i write a little script for parking selection and I must know the offset to be applied based on how many runways viewed by GSX.

06R/24L is the same runway, same with 15R/33L.  Two major runways closed to takeoff in both directions?

Yes, runways 06R and 24L are "Closed Take-off" in AFCAD and 15R, 33L also.
It was the purpose of my question but it's only an example.

GSX reads the AFCAD, but it won't care if the runway is closed or not, because you might want to use the menu to just "warp" there.

Of course, if you are currently ON a runway start, you won't see in the list the runway start position YOU are now located, because it wouldn't make much sense to have you re-warp when you are already there, or ask for a follow me to where you are currently standing.
