Title: Can you update afcads? DME missing at LAS and OGG

Some afcads have some problems like LAS (runway 25L) and OGG (runway 01) are missing their dme. The latest downlaoded afcads always replace my edits so it would be nice to have the correct settings in the latest afcads from your server.

And PHOG has weird parking spots. Dock 25 and Dock 31, what are they for? they are not connected to any nodes.

Both AFCAD are now updated, following your suggestions about missing DMEs. No idea what the two small parking spots 25/31 do at PHOG, but I guess they are needed to have the jetway working.

If you're wondering, for a bit of background, until... I want to say a year if not two years ago, ILS 25L at KLAS only consisted of the LOC and GS, while ILS 25R had LOC/GS/DME. They since then, they added the DME to ILS 25L, so all that was needed was the AFCAD change for the DME.
