Title: Serial Number

I have my original order receipt however I cannot locate my serial number to activate my reinstall. How can I get my serial number?

The *original* order receipt SURELY contains your Serial Number.

The *short* order HISTORY doesn't contain your Serial Number but of course, if you have your Order Number (which is listed there), you can retrieve your *original* order receipt, as explained on our FAQ page:
