Title: Install scenery outside of P3D folder

Can I install FSDT scenery outside of the P3D root folder on another HDD?

No, you can't. Well...not exactly, you could, if you really know what you are doing, but it will cause lots of issues with updates, since installers and the Live Update don't take into consideration that you might have changed the default scenery locations.
