Title: Engine start before/immediately after deicing

   Afternoon.  I was wondering if there is a way to start the engines either just before or immediately after deicing but before pushback?  Some aircraft (Concorde, B707) require some engine starts before pushback.  Anyone got a workaround?  Thanx!

GSX supports engine start before pushback since the September 13th update, see the Live Update release notes:
