Title: Height of jetways

I have your excellent airport KIAD. When I am at the stand and start the jetway, it doesn't lower itself to a smaller aircraft
like the Airbus A319 or A320. Is the lack of adjustment set in the aircraft configuration file or in GSX?  Thanks.

GSX doesn't control jetways at the moment. I also think you might be referring to FlightBeam's KIAD, not FSDT.
