Title: Can't get the pushback

After catering and boarding; with all doors closed, 90% of the times I request pushback nothing occurs .... I have to restart position if I want to have this service.

Can you help me please ?

Please indicate a precise reproduction case, including ALL the following informations:

- the airport used. If it's not default or FSDT, clearly indicate the scenery used

- the gate used

- the airplane used. If it's not default, clearly indicate the airplane used, and (if it's not already supported by GSX) if you made a configuration for it or, even if it IS supported by GSX, if you edited its configuration.

- the sequence of operations you made in GSX
