Title: No parking menu

All I am getting is an option of where to park and no option for pushback? Help please?

That's because you have an AFCAD conflict, so the parking positions don't match with the scenery. GSX will tell you which AFCAD it's using, from the "customize parking positions" menu, so it might help you understand what's causing the conflict.
