This past week I flew routes to Mexico. There are only two choices for ground handling. Universal and Bwai.
Is Universal a ground handling company in Mexico, and why is bwai an option? They only serve the Caribbean.
Thank you

Of course it is:

Yes, maybe this should be changed, it's just that some countries in the Caribbean have an ICAO code starting with M so, even at a lowest score of 1, they appear in Mexico if there are no operators with an higher score.
Just changing Universal with MM instead of M, will remove BW from Mexico. We'll make this change ourselves in the next vehicle update. While we are at it, do you know of other operators we should add in Mexico ?

Ok, it's done. Download the latest vehicle installer, and it will add the following changes:
- Removed Caribbean Airlines from Mexico
- Added Aeromexico to every airport with ICAO MM*
- Replaced the old American Airlines livery with the new one

Excuse me, but i stil have a situation, i downloaded the last vehicle installer but still appear bwia an universal in airports of Mexico, how can i change them for aeromexico if i use the last version?
-
Sorry, but I can only confirm the current vehicles have only "M" as a code for BW, while Aeromexico have MM, which means Aeromexico should always get the precedence over BW in Mexico, because of its higher score.

So that mean that Aeroméxico will not appear on mexican airports?

I said exactly the opposite:
Aeromexico have MM, which means Aeromexico should always get the precedence over BW in Mexico, because of its higher score.
