Title: PAX Boarding / Deboarding Sound

Hi!

I've been using GSX for some time with flawless performance. I had to reinstall on a new cmptr and that went well too but I notice I'm not hearing the PAX boarding/deboarding wav files. What am I doing wrong, any ideas?

Be sure you use the current version of the installer, not some older installer you might have downloaded in the past, that might not contain all the latest sound files. And check if you have the right audio device selected in GSX.

Yes, I've verified all software's updated and am using the correct sound device. Still no go. That's ok, the important parts of GSX are working.

Hello,

I have the same problem too - no pax sound during both boarding and de-boarding.

Is it possible that something is switched off in my config files?
Maybe there are any settings which should be checked?

My friend has the same problem too - in both cases it refers to DH8D by Majestic Software.
