Title: GSX Won't Start

Hello,
Hope you can help. I appreciate this a common problem.   I purchased GSX a short while ago, installed it on my FSX & it worked perfectly well (very pleased with it). I installed the Add-On Manager a little while later, & all worked OK. Suddenly, Today GSX doesn't show up when starting up fsx after pressing CTRL+ F12 , when opening up a flight  (Either a saved flight or  a  new one). I can see the Addon-Manager however.

I have tried downloading another version of Add-On Manager but this produces a notice  about "Coualti Scripting Engine for FSX/ESP" however when proceeding to go further, another error message appears that  I am unable to close  "all applications"  & the setup is aborted    , Also I believe my Norton Antivirus may have blocked BGL.Manx.dll,  I have tried to reverse this. Although, I'm  not sure if I have succeeded in this.

I am not a "techie" but I can follow instructions.

I really hope you can assist in re-establishing GSX for me.

First, be sure you use the current GSX installer, not some old installer you might have downloaded in the past. Also, after installing GSX using the latest full installer, try the latest Couatl 3 Beta version, which is going to be official very soon:
