Title: French titles?

I am trying your GSX addon manager beta and when I select pushback, the menu displays French choices: "inner sud" and "inner nord"
I am confused. Should I delete the beta and just use the standard addon manager on your website? Please advise. Chao.

You should have said:

"When I select Pushback at KORD, at one those parkings that have a customized pushback"...

What you are seeing is not news or has any relationship with the Beta. In fact, it has been there since GSX was released, and it's just the naming of some custom Pushback labels that, instead of using the default Left/Right indications, use a more descriptive label that, in this case, will tell you that after pushback, you'll end up on the taxiway named "Inner", oriented in northerly or southerly direction.

So yes, "Nord" (Italian for "North", yes it's the same as in French) and "Sud" (Italian for "South"), it's just a typo that has been there forever and nobody noticed it until now...I'll fixed it already in the current online files.
