Hello,
I've finally moved to FSX from FS9 so I installed FSDT KLAS,KORD,KJFK, and KFll. I also installed GSX to try it out before purchasing. The problem I have is when ever I am near KLAX I get a green banner message in FSX telling me that the trial period for KLAX v2 has started, and then the sim exhibits pauses every 5 or so seconds that can last for several seconds. Just to be clear I have never installed KLAX v2 so I don't have any idea why Addon Manager thinks it's installed.
I tried updated Addon Manager using the stand alone installer to see of that would correct the issue but it did not.
Disregard, searching the forum I found the solution. It was the KLAS_OBJ.BGL by Ray Smith. I renamed it and all is good.
