Title: GSX - FSX STEAM PROBLEM: CTRL SHIFT F12

I have e problem when I'm working FSX Steam. When I click CTTRL SHIFT F12  menu does not appear, but there is a screen of FSX Steam.
Please, help me. ??? ???

No shift is required.  Try ctrl + f12 only to see if that works. :-)

I hope you mean "When I *press*", not "When I *click*", since you surely cannot click on the keyboard. And, what do you mean with "there is a screen of FSX Steam?"
