Title: GSX and FSDT airports

Hi all.

At FSDT JFK V2, when I try to use GSX via the F12 control key, then menu opens, but only to the page where I can control the hangars opening or closing.  I don't want that, I want my ground services.  Some say that there should be an option seven that says activate ground services, but there isn't.  Also, in the air, when I do the cntrl F12 function, it doesn't do anything as it usually says "unable ground services while flying."  I checked my add-on manager and it says product ACTIVE.  What do I do?

Hi:

Maybe I can help. It's    CTRL \ F12    not F12 control   
You cant get ground services unless you are on the ground. If you are flying, your not on the ground.

If all else fails, delete and reinstall GSX and remember to shut down your anti virus when downloading and installing or it will not allow certain GSX files to install on your computer. Good Luck
